Monto Luxe Jewellery are not responsible for any Customs Charges or any other charges associated with your package upon arrival in your country. We are not responsible for any losses of items or delays caused by your couriers.
Parcels
​If you cannot sign for your item(s) then you will need to collect the parcel from a local post office or schedule a re-delivery. Refunds will not be provided for delays or inconvenience caused by Royal Mail or other shipping parties.
